Piano vs. Poverty is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit corporation founded upon the simple principle of encouraging people to use their talents to assist those in need. Using funds raised through the sale of music recorded by attorney/pianist Carter Cook and through direct contributions from its supporters, PvP puts this concept into action by donating 100% of its income after expenses to charitable organizations focused on alleviating poverty.
